Brainchild Communications regroups, appoints new CEO

The appointment of Farhan Khan as CEO is another proof of Brainchild Communications’ commitment towards its employees. Farhan has been a part of the team for the last 13 years. Brainchild Communications started its operations in 1997 and is affiliated with the Publicis Group. Though the agency is not among the pioneers of advertising in Pakistan yet it has many industry-firsts to its credit. It claims to be Pakistan’s first Media Planning and Buying House. It also appears to be one of the first advertising agencies to offer 360 advertising services under one roof.
Farhan’s appointment as the new CEO was announced by the Board of Directors of the company. Farhan joined Starcom, a subsidiary of Publicis Group, in 2007 as a media director based in Saudi Arabia. He started his career as a media planner in MediaCom. After three years or so he joined ACNielsen as Senior Research Executive. Before Joining Starcom, he served as the Head of Media Operations at Adcom ZenithOptimedia. He has the honor of being part of the team that launched Telenor in Pakistan.
